The purpose of life is not to do what we want but what needs to be done.
If something doesn`t work exactly right, or maybe needs some special treatment, you don`t just throw it away. Everything can`t be fully operational all the time. Sometimes, we need to have the patience to give something the little nudge it needs.

People would vote for what is comfortable - and lies are very comfortable because you don’t have to do anything about them, you just have to believe... Truth needs great effort, discovery, risk, and to walk alone on a path which nobody has traveled before.

How often people speak of art and science as though they were two entirely different things, with no interconnection. I hope to make people realise how totally helpless animals are, how dependent on us, trusting as a child must be that we will be kind and take care of their needs.
